Q1.What should I do if I can’t find the items I want on the website?
If you can’t find the item on our website by looking into Products section, you can always send us an inquiry form which you can find in our Contact Us page. There is a possibility we can order a specific dress you want (please send us a link of a photo). Please bear in mind it will take around 2 weeks for your special order.
Q2. How do I place an order?

Place an order on our site is easy and quick. Please just as the following steps:

  • Find items you want
  • Add to Shopping Cart
  • Review and submit your order
  • Check out - Log into your secure PayPal account for hassle free reliable check out
Q3.How do I check my order status?
For customers who purchased item via Julieta Boutique, you will shortly receive an email confirming your order. If you have not received an email confirmation within 48 hours please get in touch with us via info@julietaboutique.com.
Q4.How do I complete an order?
If you are satisfactory with an item(s) you have added to your shopping basket, you just need to check out using secure PayPal payment method we have available on Julieta Boutique for all our customers. Your order will be complete. Although we will try to get back to you as soon as possible, please give us 24 hours to provide you with order confirmation email.
Q5.How do I make a payment?
At Julieta Boutique we are using secure payment via PayPal. You can rest assure that your order has been completed successfully and your personal details are secure and confidential.
Q6.When will I receive my item(s) after I place an order?
Our orders are being dispatched within 3 working days after placing an order. After dispatching your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can check your order status on Royal Mail official website using tracking number provided. Please note, we use “Royal Mail Signed For” service, therefore someone would have to be at the address to sign and accept the delivery. Order should reach you within 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch. If you would like for Julieta Boutique to send an item outside the UK, please inquire for quotation.
Q7.What's the price shown on your website?
The price on our website is just a retail price; it does not include the delivery cost. You can view our delivery page to know more information about delivery cost. If you would like to place an order which will be delivered outside of UK, please get in touch with us info@julietaboutique.com for individual quotation.
Q8.Why are your prices so low?
Julieta Boutique operates at a lower overhead than a retail store. For example, we do not have a high street store, which adds to the cost of operation. Since we do not need to accommodate for these costs, we can pass all the savings onto our customers.
Q9.What is your return policy?
Julieta Boutique accept returns only if the wrong item was delivered or item was damaged or of the wrong size. Therefore, please inquire about available sizes, exact measurements or colors before ordering. The item must be shipped within 10 days of receipt in its premium condition, unworn and still with any tags or labels, if available. Julieta Boutique will not cover your shipping cost of your returned item(s).
Q10.How can I see a swatch of the colour I'm interested in before I order?
As you might be aware, sometimes item colours on your computer screen might be one shade off from the item in real life. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer swatches to send out to customers. You can however inquire Julieta Boutique, if the colour of the item you are after looks same as the picture reference, by filling in inquiry form in our Contact Us section of the website.
